Ducati Monster S4RS Transformed into an Aggressive Cafe Racer

Ducati Monster S4RS Transformed into an Aggressive Cafe Racer

Many people dream of having a Ducati Monster in their garage. In fact, this motorbike often becomes a favorite among a series of high-performance engines produced by Italian manufacturers.

There's something about the simplicity and beauty of Monster that anyone can fall in love with.

Considered by the majority of enthusiasts as the bike responsible for the explosion of performance-oriented naked bikes, the Monster has always appealed thanks to its unmistakable styling.

When the new Ducati Monster made its debut recently, the bike sparked some polarization of opinion. That's because of the changes that Ducati made .

Our partner at RideApart, Dustin Wheelen, has provided an excellent review of the new Monster, so be sure to check it out too.

While this article isn't specifically about the new Ducati Monster, we still wanted to mention it to compliment how flashy and cohesive this particular build is.

Ristretto, as it's called, was built by SR Corse - a custom shop based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

This bike started its life as a Ducati Monster S4RS, then transformed into an aggressive and sporty cafe racer in the hands of Brazilian mechanics.

What we liked most about this build was the way the SR Corse put everything together so well, that it looks like a bike that came straight from the factory.

As such, there are plenty of bespoke parts on this beautiful machine as well.

For starters, take a look at the boneline. SR Corse has given the Ducati Monster a much more aggressive attitude thanks to a special tank and seat arrangement.

Aggressiveness aside, the touch also exposes more of the bike's iconic trellis frame - a feature that has been neglected by the new Monster.

Thanks to a more compact cockpit, this particular build looks much more streamlined and athletic than the stock S4RS.

The talented workers at SR Corse left the Monster S4RS' 998cc Testastretta L-Twin engine largely untouched.

They've only added a nice bespoke asymmetrical exhaust system to give the bike a rocking growl. After all, he had 130 horsepower ready to give out.

To complement this beastly machine, a carbon fiber clutch cover is fitted to the bike's dry-clutch system, providing a more sophisticated and performance-oriented aesthetic.

SR Corse's Ristretto also retains all of the premium foundations of the Ducati Monster S4RS, such as the Marchesini wheels and quality Ohlins suspension.
