Want to increase your credit card limit but don't know how? Easy honey , there are some tips you can do to increase your credit card limit .
Be an Active User
Don't keep a credit card for emergency purposes only. If you use a credit card only occasionally, the bank will not understand and understand your credit card usage and payment behavior. Try to use your credit card regularly every month.
Usage 40%-60%
If you use less than 40% of the limit , then the bank will think you don't really need a credit card and vice versa, if you use a card more than 60%, the bank will consider you a person who really needs a credit card. Banks tend not to provide a limit increase facility if your usage is outside this range.
Don't Pay the Minimum
Do not pay your card bill with the minimum value (10% of the total bill) because the bank will assume you have a limited ability to pay. Show your performance by paying the full amount of the bill.
Pay On Time
As much as possible, pay bills on time. If you are late in making payments then this can be a bad record for your credit card track record and can reduce the chances of you getting a higher credit card limit.
Use When Shopping Abroad
You don't need to spend a lot of money , just use it to drink or eat when you're abroad. By shopping abroad, the bank assumes that you are financially stable and believes that later you will be able to pay off all bills.
